NJ COP VACATIONS IN OC, GETS A BJ ON THE BOARDWALK AND A HANDJOB IN COURT

For yet another example of how special cops are, we turn to a report from The Dispatch. Seems this guy, Cesar Manuel Moyano, a New Jersey cop... well, not a real cop, more of a prison turnkey, really, came to Ocean City last summer and, through whatever means, was able to persuade a 15-year-old girl to give him head right next to the boardwalk. Well, by and by, the local cops take notice and arrest him. He claims he thought the girl was 20 years old, and the girl claims she was not forced but felt pressure to perform said ministrations upon Moyano because told her it would be alright because he was a cop.
So by and by, this comes to the attention of the local heat and they arrest his arrogant, dumb ass, and he wound up in court today. The price cops pay in this county for child sexual abuse and assault; 10 days in jail, because well, you know, cops deserve special treatment being as they're special and heroes and such. No word on if he'll be required to register as a child sex offender.... Probably not.

I wonder how he would feel if that was his own daughter that another cop did that to?

Are you trying to get me in a really bad mood? There should be standard punishment for any specific crime. For example: DUI 6 months in jail for everyone and anyone. It should be set in stone and should not matter who you are or what you do for a living. This wasn't even a cop but a cop wanna be, a control freak. If we could track him we would that he has done similar things in the past or will repeat the same in the future. I hope he rots in hell!

There may be a standard penalty for crimes. But the fact is there is, and perhaps always has been an incestuous collusion between cops and the court system. And most of the time it's just a wink and a nod, or turning a blind eye to something like an illegal search that turns up evidence critical to a conviction. But other times, that collusion is actually codified. And still other times it's a matter of installing judges who are adamantly pro-police.
Now, I don't know what happened in this case. I only know what I read, but I also know what it looks like.... in effect, the arresting cop walks up on this guy who got a 15-year-old girl chowing down on his richard. He IDs the guy as a CO out of NJ and the girl as a minor.... too young to give informed consent....scattered about them are open containers of alcohol, and he ascertains they have been drinking. Right there is ample evidence of the guy's planning and intent to assault the girl....he had, according to the girl's comments to the cops been with her for several hours, so that would likely mean he bought the alcohol and provided it to the girl with the intent of taking advantage of her after she was under the influence. Slam dunk. Off the the Big House for 10 years.
But then we bring in the State's Attorney's office into the mix and they reduce the charges and offer him a deal in exchange for a guilty plea, and viola - the first time he came from a blow job, the second time he got a hand job from the prosecutors. Oh, you just know he'll come back to vacation in this town, and he tell all his pedophile buddies too. Ain't law enforcement a wonderful gig.... you get a lot of perks and you're damn-near bullet proof from the law.
Hmmmm. I think the State's Attorney has a daughter. I wonder if he signed off on this deal, and if he did, how explained that to her.
