THE MORE YOU STIR IT, THE MORE IT STINKS

Well, I see where ol' Joe is havin' his troubles. Seems his boys are alcoholics or drug addicts, or maybe both... Is that what he said? ... And he blames it all on them coming to the bustling metropolis of Ocean City. ... But I can't help but wonder if a large part of their problem is their parenting, or lack of same. .... Now don't get me wrong, I don't like OC myself... seems like a big twisted Busby Berkley production in tribute to avarice... Damn place is a freak show designed for the dumbest and most easily entertained of Americans.... Sort of a carnival put on by shorebillies for the amusement of hillbillies. But, relatively speaking, it's not fraught with danger. So, if Joe's boys got caught up with drugs and whiskey and fancy women when they were teenagers, don't you have to wonder if they just didn't know any better, or if their parents didn't teach them right from wrong?
I can't figure why he would hold his boys up to public ridicule, seeing as all this happened some time ago. But if I were him, I'd leave those boys be and them them heal up. The more shit ya stir up, the more it stinks. ... know what I mean?

Funny I didn't read it that way at all. Seems Joe was using his and the misses first hand experiences with kids and OC. Didn't sound like present tense to me? Anyway as we've always said if God gave the east coast an enema OC would be a good place for the nozzle.

Westside, actually New Jersey would be a better place to start. Joe is really all over the place these days. Maybe he need to get on some drugs that will level his moods.

He definitely is in the self inflicted wound mood. Hopefully he'll come around soon.

Speaking for myself,

My son was raised by his Mother back in the Annapolis area and found himself in quite a bit of trouble till his mother finally decided enough was enough and sent him to his Father. A day late and a dollar short. You know those ex-wives, they simply believe they know better than the Father at all times and how dare we get the chance to put our own spin on raising the child.

Nevertheless, I did my very best and the boy is now making $20.00 an hour, clean and making a positive difference in this world, ON HIS OWN! Dad does not employ him and I'm VERY proud of the end results.

I'm also proud to say that it was my time with this young man that made the difference. Might I also add my youngest Son left his mothers and has been living with us since School let out and although he has never had those problems, this kid is just unbelievable. Anyone who has met him can instantly see that and I'm VERY proud of him as well.

My point on the Ocean City Post was based on just how easy it is to get whatever you want there, at any age. Let's also keep in mind, (at my age) we started drinking legally at 18 years old. We also grew up a lot faster than kids today and we're ALL more responsible. Society and pressure can do incredible things to young people but good parenting is vital.

I'm not perfect by any means but I do love my children and I would happily die for them if necessary.

In closing, NO EXCUSES, I've simply done my very best.

Welcome to my humble spider hole, Joe.... You'll notice that I allowed you to post without being censored and / or spiked.... please accord me the same courtesy when I come to visit.....

So you're saying that everything that was wrong with them was their mother's fault, Joe?

The ex-wife, (his mother) not my mother.

I did not recognize the name and as I truly enjoy your Blog to no end, promote away, seriously.

AWESOME SRR!

SRR,

My ex has done anything and everything to keep my children away from me their entire lives. Of course she'd lose in Court and turn right around and refuse to show up when I was to get them every other weekend etc.

Today, both my Boys know I did everything possible to change that and I never gave up, ever! Today, they truly do not like their own mother because of what she tried to do. She remarried and wanted the new guy to be their father instead of me. As a matter of fact, she's remarried some 15 years now, has 2 daughters by the new guy and still sports the last name Albero to ride off my Credit.

A Judge told her 15 years to change her name in 30 days and she simply refused. She'd say, what are you going to do, throw the mother of your children in Jail? She was right, I couldn't do that without my VERY young children at the time hating me forever!

It's been an unbelievable ride and the children have been the losers in the end. Such a shame.

With exception of the Jail part, sounds like the same woman. LOL

My ex found out my Son had smoked a joint one time and get this, she forced him into rehab FOR A JOINT! This really caused some serious hardship on the child and I wasn't called in till almost a week later! He was there for 30 days, period and there was no way I could get the Courts to do anything in time before the 30 days was up. It was unbelievable. That's when he came to me, immediately after that incident.

His mother loves to take credit for his current successes too. It's such a joke but I just let it go. The best revenge is to live a good life.

Joe is really taking up a lot of your blog space. I have to give him more credit than my ex though who made a hobby out of throwing the mother of his children in jail. Does anyone know the sewer rats blog space??

It will be interesting to see what happens when Joe gets his day in court. He may learn a life lesson.

I dunno... I'm beginning to be a little scared of Sparkly.... she seems like her turbin may be too tight.

sparkly1 said...

I don't wear a turbin, maybe it's my wig. Where is your mind ladies is spelled with a D, not a B. And yes I saw your women with the large . . . um fish! Funny I had an attorney who told me I should have shot him. I'm going to check out those other blogs.

If any one of you know my ex, he has a serious case of short man complex. There are few people other than his lawyer that have anything nice to say about him.

joe albero said...

Yeah,

I thought that would shut her trap!

sparkly1 said...

I never got an offer of a private email. Joe and you have my email address so why didn't you just send it to me?

Sparkly:

Help, I can't delete the comment! It puts me in a sign in loop. Please delete the comment for me?

sparkly1 said...

How come he can call me a nut job but I can't call him a freak??

RAT said...

Joe:
Sparkly is correct. You cannot call her names on this site. You may argue or even ridicule her logic. But you can and will be banned for any further personal attacks.

RAT said...

I'll be honest with ya RR, I don't even know how I turned it off. So I can't turn it on.

RR:
I think when you're signed in the trashcans are available...... could that be it?

joe albero said...

That's EXACTLY how it works ratturdinthecake. You have to sign in. Once you do the trash cans come up. If you don't want to post a comment, simply sign your user name and password in with a blank comment screen and click the return key on your keyboard and it will only sign you in and the trash cans will pop up under your name only.
